This is largely due to having the most excellent and up beat staff, incredible meals and the best possible equipment. Of course, the bottom line is the river, and our Alaska float trips are scheduled onto the most remote and productive waters in the state. We specialize in offering fly fishing trips on rivers that have no lodges and no motorized traffic.
“We have been using Marty and Frontier River Guides since 2008 which was a Kwethluk float. We repeat with Frontier River Guides….because they are that good and consistently reliable! The coordinations and logistics that Marty pulls off are always on target. The team of guides are exceptional outdoorsmen, great oarsmen and know the rivers, run superb camps (tents and cook tent are great for the wilds), and the food is fantastic…breakfasts, lunches, and dinners…..I would gladly pay $20-$30 a plate for evening meals! Guides are pros…all have fly fishing skills…some exceptional!!”
